• Public and/or Political Theology

Cooperation agreements with Tel Aviv University and with the Near Eastern School of Theology in Beirut and research exchanges with universities in Rwanda, Cameroon and South Africa constitute further important emphases in the Department’s teaching and research. Over and above this, the courses and activities offered by the Institute for Religion and Gesellschaft and the Ecumenical Institute provide significant and stimulating input on topical theological issues.
